Evidence in separate places
Sales, imports, currency, tax and market reports each arrive in their own format and scope.

Categories don’t name accounts
A growing category doesn’t tell you which district, venue or product to pursue.

Reasoning lost before action
Analysis stays in slides and spreadsheets, cut off from the next sales conversation.
The cost is time, focus and decisions made on a partial picture.

What is CIRO?
CIRO is a commercial intelligence workspace for beverage-alcohol businesses. It connects market data, venue and licence context, product positioning and opportunity tracking, so teams can move from a market question to a specific account, product and next move.
Who is CIRO for?
Producers, brand owners, importers and distributors, and the commercial, sales and marketing teams who decide where a portfolio should compete. CIRO is built first for businesses operating in Türkiye.
Is CIRO a CRM?
No. A CRM records relationships and sales activity once you have chosen your accounts. CIRO works earlier and alongside it: understanding the market, choosing where to focus and deciding which products fit. It includes a focused opportunity list to carry that reasoning forward. It does not manage field teams, log visits or send communications, and it does not connect to external CRM systems today.
What decisions does CIRO help with?
It helps with questions like these:
- Which categories and origins are gaining or losing ground?
- How do exchange rates and tax changes affect your pricing?
- Where do your products sit on price against the market?
- Which districts and venues deserve attention?
- Which products should you put forward for a specific venue?
- Which opportunities should move next?
What data does CIRO use?
It uses official Turkish market sources: domestic sales (TADAB), import and trade records (TÜİK), exchange rates (TCMB) and excise tax rates. It adds official licensed-seller records, venue data from mapping providers, and selected industry and regulatory publications. Each view shows where its figures come from, and coverage and freshness vary by source.
Can we use our own data?
Yes, in two ways today. You can import your licensed IWSR Türkiye reports into the Private Data Hub to analyse brands, owners, distributors and price bands. You can also upload your product and price list (CSV or Excel) to see how your prices sit against the market. Other licensed and company datasets are not supported yet.
How are product recommendations made, and can we check them?
By transparent rules, not a black box. The Recommendation Engine ranks your portfolio for a venue from explicit inputs: concept, price tier, clientele, usage and volume. It combines them with four fit factors you can weight: price, margin, usage and brand fit. Every pick shows its reasons. Missing inputs stay unknown instead of being filled with assumptions. Market evidence appears alongside as context and never changes the ranking.
Which markets does CIRO cover, and will it expand?
Türkiye is CIRO’s first market, built in depth. It includes national market data and venue and licence context across major cities, with the deepest venue coverage in İstanbul. EEMEA is the next expansion horizon, and each new market is added only when its data is deep enough to support real commercial decisions.
How do we get access?
CIRO is in a controlled pilot with invited teams. Email contact@appciro.com to request access or a walkthrough. Pilot users can sign in with their existing access.
